Hostel administration functions under the direction of the Chief Warden and University Management. To ensure smooth operation and timely grievance redressal, 7 specialized standing committees are actively constituted:

Enforces anti-ragging compliance, campus decorum, code of conduct, and resolves student disputes.

Monitors meal quality, menu variety, kitchen hygiene, dining hall timings, and raw material sourcing.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene Committee
Oversees daily housekeeping audits, washroom sanitation, pest control, and campus cleanliness.
4. Room Allotment & Transfer
Manages transparent bed allocation, vacancy records, room shifting requests, and semester check-ins.
5. Maintenance Committee
Tracks resolution of civil, electrical, plumbing, solar heating, and RO plant repairs without delay.
6. Technical & IT Committee
Ensures high-speed campus Wi-Fi bandwidth, biometric machines, CCTV surveillance, and IT infrastructure.
